This company is not very communicative. That doesn't make it a scam. It makes it annoying and don't invest if you don't like the chance in the gains. Scams purposely try and take advantage of shareholders. A CEO that runs a public company more like a non public company and doesn't communicate just makes him a CEO that needs to change. But it doesn't make it a SCAM. Find a company that talks to you every morning and before bed and reminds you to floss if that's what you need. But unless you have reliable proof of a legal scam, then you're scamming others.
