Cause Judge got the answer from Plan Administrator.
The issue raised by Cotton in the Court was clarified by PM.

He requested he wanted to hear about the case and he was never informed even after filing motions.So he was permitted to mailing list.
But why was he permitted if he has no stake, is my question?.His request could have been denied,but NO.
