RS has no change to a company valuation. Its the plans after the RS. If they actually do RS, this means its a go for the company to merge. That would be significant for the PPS here.

I know if I merge a legit business like this into a penny ticker, I would RS the hell out of it 2 clear up the traders that consume these babies.
