You've stated several times that GERS has participated in criminal activity and is represented by incompetent lawyers. If that's the case why haven't you gotten whatever you can for your shares?


IMHO, the fact that Greenshift hasn't filed anything with the SEC since the third quarter of 2016 means that it's likely that their financial results are horrible, but there's still a small chance that their results are good.

As long as the GERS price is around 9¢, I actually have a paper profit on my purchases, and as I said earlier today, the Greenshift bulls are welcome to accept my offer to sell thousands of my shares to them for 9¢ each, all-or-nothing. I just checked. Nobody wants them at that price.

In fairness to Kevin, my earlier statements about criminal behavior were made before I found out that this stock is listed on the pink sheets, an exchange that doesn't require regular submissions to the SEC. However, in fairness to myself, the company's lawyers were not in compliance with court rules last February, which is a reason to call them incompetent.
