I've been saying that for 2 months..We can make them move their position and make our pps go up by Buying The Ask.Simple..But with people knowing manipulation is blatantly holding this stock back..they still wont help their own cause.Buy at the Ask..and make the mms change their position upward..IMO.Your post is wasted if the people ..however low volume it is..don't do it to help their pps go up..Go Figure..Well..then im waiting till they learn..
