That is possibility or they will sell them to the Dream Team for a set price. I am not as worried about EAGLE than I am with EMET. In both cases both would want the price as high as it can be to obtain the greatest potential for profits.

Let's take this as an example of what can happen for the EMET Convertible Preferred B shares. First NOTE that the 9 million Preferred B shares do NOT have a price built into it. It is a one for one conversion regardless of the price at the time of conversion. Now, it would seem to me that EMET would want the price to be HIGH and not LOW because when they get those Common shares and sell them into the market, they will make the most money. Example: 1 to 1 conversion at .50 give them much more profit capabilities than a 1 to 1 conversion at .10 per share.

Now it makes sense the higher the price before EMET conversion, the more money EMET stands to make.
