Yes obviously. But why not file to sell 2M shares or something. Why ALL of his shares. Had to know that would scare people. Stock hit a low of $7.28 this morning, but rebounding now. Anyone buy? Nice gain for those who did.

Yeah penn, correct. He may never sell another share (doubtful), but "Form 4" insiders (officers in the company) have to file in advance of selling. Remember I said that Zynex didn't have enough float to attract institutional support, which they're going to need to grow the firm. There are two ways to get some shares into strong investor hands...do a secondary offering OR T.S. could sell some of his HUGE holdings. A secondary would dilute T.S. also, so why not just sell some of his position? He can always get replacement stock in the future by way of options and/or restricted stock that is sometimes granted to employees as an addition to salary. Also remember I said that meeting T.S. had with the investment firm last Friday or so was important? He wasn't just going to try their coffee, IMHO. He "probably" had these options explained to him and also IMHO he made the correct decision. This way nobody gets diluted. We will have to suffer a bit of a sell-off ST, but that's a buying opportunity...very soon!
