Those look like Stock grants to Employees,which is why you see there are 5 Form 4s filed at same time for different employees.They are not Stock purchases.
See the footnote in the filings:
1. Represents restricted common stock that vests in two equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date, provided that the reporting person remains in continuous service with the issuer as of each vesting date.
