Because they have been doing this for a very very very long time! It’s easy to move both ways because it’s a low floater ! And to be honest I don’t think they ever thought it would be come legit! IMO
like they do for all otc stocks. except a few the rest were not believed ceo would succeed. probably they naked shorted by some off shore accounts. if i were ceo of this company i would load as much as possible any shares under 1 cent.. i would totally buyback 100 million shares with a few nice contracts this stock can see then 10, 20,..even 50 cents.. shortzzz can drive this stock..
