What I think is that the SEC is trying to contact PV. After a certain amount of time with no success, they will halt trading on SLJB. Only time will tell now..GLTA

There's no reason to think the SEC is even considering a halt at this point. Companies often spin complete lies for months and have dozens of complaints filed against them before the SEC steps in, SLJB really has only been under scrutiny for a maximum of two weeks, heavy scrutiny for only a few days.

I don't know why everyone keeps talking about a halt other than to instill panic.

What SEC regs. have been violated? Poor handling of PR's are NOT SEC violations.
