Chris and some other guy are the control handlers now. As a public company, Tim can rightfully be dismissed by the majority owners aka Chris and his partner (other name is in the filings). No need for Tim Armes now that 4Less is here, that ‘should be’ the obvious, at least for Chris & other guy.
