That same offer should be extended to all share holders. Especially in light of the company's earlier statement that it was NOT buying shareholders shares!!
Even though sales were down 10%, due to a low margin private label buyer. Overall, bottom line is improving. Also, company agreed to buy out some major shareholders to reduce outstanding shares significantly (ORCA is not that big), not me.
