Sounds about right. Can't tell with the SEC timelines. 60 day max. after filing.

I figure a week or two for the Q2 to be audited. Then up to 60 days after filing. The filing itself will generate much interest even before the effective date.

MYFLIX is a game changer here.

timing really doesn't matter, HHSE has a plan and is working towards building something really BIG with Myflix, hence the funding/S1/F10/Uplist, all pieces to the puzzle. HHSE is shareholder friendly, hasn't diluted like most pinks...we have a good opportunity
