I suspect an infrastructure bill will be signed (timed for most beneficial effect on elections) some time in the near future.

This archaic form of transportation is going to around for a lot longer.

ps... I'll admit my sentiment for buying the stock may have been influenced by my visit to the Train Museum in Balboa Park during my recent getaway. It's a super impressive museum. 27000 sq ft. -- a work in progress (they've been working on it for 20 years now and will be working on it for decades to come).
