Finally ANOTHER agreement! The FUTURE will dictate the direction the company will take! I just wanted to make sure my numbers were correct, which is now in agreement, and now we communicate closely with the T/A to see if any common shares get added or Preferred A's get converted. Don't forget to refer to page F-12 of the 10Q or Page F-14 of the 10K, for some very important 18 month restrictions on the Preferred A's from issuance date. That puts conversion capabilities of the Preferred A's into 2020! Those will be the most leading indicators of the direction of the company. Scam companies dump hundreds of millions of shares on the street and flood the street with stories of deals with someone but we can't tell you right now who it is stuff.
