I have a feeling the entire sector of these are being purposely scuttled. The “real assets” got moved out of the company months if not a year ago. This is how Inchon looked when we retreated in Korea. It’s a staggered cluster fuk. Very patterned and most likely predicted by management who replaced their interests with rat-holes who can take the heat or had hot-money they needed a way to launder through write-downs and losses.
