There is no indication that KXIN would be delisted from the NYSE AMEX to the OTC. Many listed companies put their Warrants and series of Preferred Shares on the OTC, I presume because those new issue warrants and Preferreds don't yet qualify for listing on an Exchange.
As far as I can see, no worries about the KXIN common stock remaining on the NYSE AMEX....but don't hold me to that, :-D
