i am out as I tried to see what we could do NOW in either central florida or Ecuador. needed specifics and availability of product now. did not get.am moving on in Ecuador to more traditional approach.there is a moratorium in Portoviejo area for new construction and I thought a new material might get permission as it is touted earthquake resistant. will wait and build as I can. anyone interested in locating affordably in a foriegn area needs to investigate all possibilities.
