Then why did EAGLE give them $1.2 million in funding if there is nothing there? Hell they can't even get a dollar converted to shares until Aug 12th and even then who knows if they get paid back in cash or converts. We now they get a 35% discount on pricing for conversion and that is not much because with this trading volume as soon as they sell their first batch of shares, they will lose most of their 35% discount. My bet is EAGLE knows something the street does not know. We wait patiently. JMHO
