They sure don't. Not only are the fundamentals already in place, this stock really just began trading. Technically speaking, on Friday around noon when the bollinger bands tightened up like they are right now, it ran from .08 to .19 then pulled back. They are tight again and CCI on the 30min chart is oversold. PR or tweet anytime.

This is what people aren’t appreciating. The PR gave a lot of information but you have to read it really carefully and slowly to let it all sink in.

They have clearly been planning this for a while. Reverse merging into a company is one part of their business model.
