There are currently 15 different arks available. (Private, Public, Restricted) X (General, Real Estate, Memorial, Event, Business).

V1.0 will have a filter for arks. Geofencing blocks some arks from being placed in the same area. And the public won't be able to see Restricted or Private arks.

I believe it will be determined on if you signify the ark as private or public. You have those options.
