“Unless speaking out poses insider trading ramifications.”

Nope..nor will it create national security concerns or any other make believe issues..

“I mean, how can we, on a message board, who aren't privy to the insider moves within KBLB, even know why information hasn't been released yet?Especially if it is of a sensitive nature? ”

Kim pr’d that rice was going to vietnam to give the facility the once over, supervise the transfer of worms to prodigy, do some hiring and make some agreements with a vietnamese bank for financing...

So suddenly now, things are too sensitive to talk about?...

If you pr that you are going to do something, maybe you should pr the results of your efforts?...

Secondly...if the ceo announces he is going to vietnam to sign deals in a ceremony attended by vietnamese media, they report things in their media and then he wants to claim he can’t say anything because it’s “too sensitive”...then he is an idiot...

“Just because we want it, means we have to have it? I don't think so. ”

We were TOLD to expect it...we were MEANT to expect it..

And yes, I do think so...

“I would say running the company as a whole is paramount to ensuring the shareholders get the information they desire.”

If you announce signings and deals to be made, you have created the expectation of results to be reported...

And yes, THAT becomes praramount as well...

“Look, we have been told by the CEO himself: "When announced then it's solid."

And that is supposed to mean what?...cause as far as I can see, it don’t mean jack...EVERYTHING a ceo announces should be solid...that goes without saying?...
