Definitely not a pump. They know darn well the only thing that will move the pps now is the submitting of the IND or partnership/buyout news. We know whats left to do, production runs and final testing.

IF so (not saying it was a pump or not a pump)wondering then what was it for? Pretty much we knew 95% of what was said. An update letting the shareholders where we stand as of yesterday would be better.
