#36791 RE: miraculus #36789

I had thought the announcements would be those that bought our products and not those companies we bought. As for the drones Andy mentioned them a while, back which I guess I assumed they were working on. I had no idea they would buy a company. Not sure what it cost or if it is accretive. I kind of doubt it is since it is a brand new sector basically and cannot have much in the way of sale or cash flow unless they had some big military deals. I'm also wondering if big brothers Amazon and Wally World pushed this deal and will be using it as part of a last mile idea for delivery. One would think this would be a good deal for things like Uber eats or a direct method of delivery.

only one of the three announcements this quarter were I believe one of the four pre-announced. (DHL/StreetScooter) as they had to wait for them to announce first.

the other two Announcements this quarter:
CHEM may be considered one as it should give immediate new distribution to Africa and Asia countries for standby power. Not sure the market has understood this

The acquisition I don't believe was one of the four.

Expecting Home Depot including retail stores as the big one in US (was the "mega #3 in 2018" IMHO) no other Material handling deal can be considered Mega unless it expands their solution base (like retail stores). Any other new customer like Target or even Lowe's roll out wouldn't be worthy of the "four announcements not in our forecasts".

It is exciting times as Hydrogen starts to get public awareness and acceptance.

Want to see more robotic solutions and automatic filling.
