The PR at the end of the month and the Buyback starts right after, in July. Seems to me there is a plan in place to build investor confidence and discourage shorting of AXXA!
It would be nice to see them buyback every time the ask gets stacked, then maybe the ask stacker(s) would move on to greener pastures. Or possibly put big buyback positions on the bid to keep the price from going down. IMO.
