I dont care if it is 12 min, 12 hrs, 12 days, 12 months or 12 years, the million dollars worth of shares is ludicrous and ripping off the investors

Sorry there is no link to any SEC document that will say SEC reporting companies that are on the pink sheets have a 12 month holding period.

If you are referring to the selling restrictions of officers, directors and affiliates that are limited to 1% of the OS every quarter then:

a) that has nothing to do with any applicable holding period, and
b) applies only to those who are designated as officers, directors, or 10% affiliates of which neither Jamie or Greg are designated...which we also know because neither of them have made ANY filing that would be required of such an individual.
