It is ridiculous to claim the only way to make corn sludge is by buying BioAmber and taking on $75M of debt. That’s just blatantly false. Anybody that wants any sliver of paper (a patent, a contract) could have had it by offering a few $100k and petitioning the judge to have that paper assigned.
