Wouldn't be the first time an attorney made an error because their DD sucked.

Remember, he's relying on information provided through phone interviews. Clearly states that in his letter.

Now the OTHER licensed professional that's involved in the filings is another story. He's got some serious explaining to do if OTC catches the "error".
