That’s Short VOLUME, not Short INTEREST - they are not the same. Short volume as stated is meaningless as it only represents partial data. The FTD data after settlement would have to be posted as well to understand the full picture.

The OTCshortReport is click-bait, merely utilized to generate advertising / banner revenue, they have no credibility.

Refer to the Bi-Monthly Short Interest report produced by a regulator, FINRA, in order to see factual short INTEREST, there is Zero short interest:
