False, and I know I'm right because I've done all the available due diligence and whether folks accept reality of OTC Markets role in the clearing landscape or not...there is no transfer agent, broker/dealer or clearing firm out there who will accept deposits and clear Restricted 144 Shares on any Pink Sheet listed plays that don't 1st go through a full 12 month vesting/holding period!

And those out there who've experienced the ever changing OTC landscape over these past 5 years can easily attest to this fact...and those who don't know and/or disagree, now know who to easily call to get the answer for themselves weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

So that means that come June 30th 53 million shares or there 'bouts will be able to be sold?
By folks that got them at HALF the 20 day average?
