people getting scammed by promoters...these groups that buy huge blocks of shares ie 64,000,000 always have ways to find people to buy up their shares..RINSE REPEAT !
.00175 and flip a ton in short period...not bad profit for a week or so even if they only get .001 profit per share...then they go and buy more from the shady CEO Stippick
