Bottom line on what is going on operationally with USAT:
Connections were growing at a very rapid pace.
The financials had nothing to do with operations.
Connections should have continued to be added.
The misstatements regarding earnings probably rests in when they claimed income was earned.
If they frontloaded and realized income before they should have, it's already been so long that some of that income will be realized anyway.
And in a manner of speaking, if money is to be earned in the future, then it makes future income look better.
BDO needs to finish the job.
