If somebody puts a limit order out say like at
.022 and 9000 shares
It would not show up on the ask not in a level 2 not anywhere.

In the pinkies you have to sell or buy at least ten thousand at a time for it to show up in a bid or ask or for a level 2 anyting under 10,000 shares does not even show up that's why my 7000 shares still at two cents are not seen...
