Wouldn’t it have been smart to purposely say FDA submission by end of 2019 and ensure it got done much earlier ? They never seem to want or create a scenario to let price run. Why ?? Also, they should know that the trading desks of their competition can play games and keep PPS low with a fraction of what is in their petty cash drawers. I’ve only been raising that issue for the past 18 months. They underestimated the consequences from upset and loyal shareholders and their competition IMO. How many “longs” either are trading her to lower basis or itching to do so ? The wall was 10 ft and now it’s 30 feet tall... which they must climb.
