GIFA INC Chairman Yusuf Kis stated that as Gifa Holding, negotiations are going on to buy a pharmaceutical company and they plan to include the pharmaceutical factory in Gifa INC within 2-3 months and plan to include the pharmaceutical company on the American Stock Exchange.
