Let the grown up discussions begin! Obviously, Eric Oliver will be outnumbered 4-1 but it's a start. Management had to make a side move to save face, but with the law suit pending for the next year, and shareholder sentiment solidly against them, these talks will have to be more than a delay tactic.

Otherwise the next meeting really will be all the villagers with pitchforks.
