and SEC may suspend ALKM for being so seriously delinquent and purposely hiding financials from regulators and investors.

The CEO and Kaughman should both resign immediately.

Concerned investors can always contact the SEC tipline to voice concerns about the inept CEO and delinquent company that is now also in default in Nevada.

ALKM lost its business license, too. Expired by almost 2 months, now. Almost like ALKM wants to get suspended, then revoked by the SEC, so they can take it private and eliminate investors' ability to trade their shares on any market.
