Check out his YT channel. Tons of Ripple/XRP connections to the IMF, Central Banks, and I've seen a discussion he had with geopolitical consultant Jim Rickards, who told him the IMF plan last year.

This is the only YTer I have seen who actually worked for the govt and was behind the scenes, not like the other YTers who just guess about it all. This guy lived it.
