If you look at every OTC company PR it says the same thing or something very similar at the bottom of all of them. It's standard bro. (safe harbor) Have a look at every other companies PRs. This is something that is known by the masses. You did not find anything new or anything to worry about..

The TRON insiders / officers are so dense, thinking they can eliminate legal or regulatory liability in some situations as long as certain conditions are met.

In reality TRON does not have the protection of the Forward Looking Statement Safe Harbor in the event of any legal action based upon a claim that the information provided by TRON contained a material misstatement of fact or was misleading in any material respect.
