It's called money, it's not about price, it is about volume. Price equals competition, Lumb isn't looking to have to compete to sell against flippers. He wants his money plain and simple.
A lot of people wanted ones not twos. Nobody wants to pay two. It wasn't the highest volume so it is hardly a big deal. Bagholders just have to keep buying. When the company increases the float 25% every single bagholder needs to buy that much more.
I think the preferred convertors should be pissed at the lack of buying.
