I don’t understand why many here try to find any connection between scam and merging company. Merger could be legitimate. We will see at the end if we get closing. But $LAHO selling shares now has nothing to do with merger. That’s how it works in OTC. Sell shares, make money. That’s why they have 60 days according to LOI for DD and in a meantime selling shares possibly to pay some bills. That’s not the first and the last case!!
