Global Stem Cells Group is very real. they really do exist. we are not buying LAHO: we are buying Global Stem Cells Group at just a tiny fraction of a penny.


and they really do have significant revenues and a very healthy rate of growth and expansion.



this merger is more legit than any I have ever seen.



two companies are already coordinating their activities together. they are working together already.



so this is proceeding fast. very fast.
