Told by whom?? No substantiation. People get "told" alot of things by alot of people, just like according to a previous post by you, vplm made certain promises or led you to believe certain things but then changed things or reneged and made you feel ripped off or slighted in some way after your investment. And why would anyone privy to such a settlement, which, if there was such a "strict nda", who could only be the most inside... then go ahead and tell you such info??
