It ain't fancy, but it sure is BS. There are no gold "compounds" that cannot be found in a fire assay.
At least Hondo tried to work through the regulatory agency - when they got nailed with NOVs they hired a consultant to try to comply. When the consultant took samples of the tailings, and it failed testing.....things went downhill. The consultant ended up getting stiffed.
IMO, Apache will not even get that far. Hell, they're not even registered as a corporation in Arizona, can't legally conduct operations here. And there are no tailings on the Johnny Bull property - what is Apache going to process, desert sand?
