any scam company like KPAY would immediately, within seconds, announce that millions of dollars in financing had come in, if it ever happened

The money is in as far as I know.
They engaged in buying preferred shares in other software play I’m involved in.
Why they haven’t announced it yet? God knows
But it will show sooner then later
