The pump was months ago, this is now the lingering dump. A few "misdirections" in reference to a faux merger, a faux translated document, a sudden reason to become current, pump up on several stock message boards, twitter, social media, then dump. Look at the chart. Accumulation by P&Ders which brought the pps just above .0001 then the pump to .008 very briefly, then the continuous dump. If one knows the players and their history, one can easily see the process. Kistler? He owns WFHG, a one man show. He's not a rep of anything. He owns this shell, a one man show. Can you see who made money here?

There is little doubt it was on a few months ago. However, why hasn't it happened?

It's not FINRA, so what is it? The only possible explanation is shell problems. Not surprising but they haven't been any to clean them up now for months.

All those filings with the Chinese entity and no movement.
