Do you happen to know if ALL harvested mulberry will be used or if some of the crop has the potential to be inferior for our silkworms?

If inferior would we then "simply" just sell the inferior crop for other purposes (regular silkworm company uses, nutraceutical companies, etc.)?

I'm interested to know about the maximization of the crop yield and if the waste, if any, can actually still be used to generate revenue.

Very curious.

50tons/ha/year would be an amazing yield.



from an april article i posted on the 3ha trial by qns jsc

mulberry trees give a high yield of leaves, averaging 2-3 times of traditional mulberry varieties

supports the 6 months estimate of over 50ha year
