Magnus I'm sure Benito had many OTC shells to choose from and went with LAHO for whatever reason.
They both appear very positive of this new relationship. With Stem Cell Group rapid expansion and growth I would assume Benito doesn't have time for delays or to start this process over with another OTC shell.
Tic Toc can't imagine stock price going any lower since all the charts scream oversold
