actually, the $0.24 is the discount to the lowest 5 vwaps since the Toxic Convertible Preferred Stock was issued


So if the lowest 5 wvaps are, say $0.40, at the time of the conversion, the conversion price would be $0.16/share

Those .24 shares will be the floor for the shorting that starts after Govils buddies buy it up a bit......once the volume dries back up, the shorting will consume all the small buying and the price will drop every time they do......until they cover at .24......LoL

I'm looking to join that party......
