And people should realize with XA in the marketing, event planning space meetings need to happen for a proposal to be made.

You need to know what the customer is looking for specifically in order to put it together. They are not selling standard goods so this makes sense.

They certainly do, the industry I work in, construction, our proposals can take weeks or even longer before decisions are made. Not trying to be a downer however I think we need to have realistic expectations and that it might be some time before news about if they win this proposal.
